Cut section unit of Hydraulic brake unit four wheel type Technical Specifications: SPECIFICATION: Cut Section Unit of Hydraulic Brake System (Four-Wheel Type) The model represents a complete hydraulic braking system of a four-wheeled vehicle, designed to demonstrate the principles, construction, and operation of both disc and drum brake mechanisms. The setup uses actual automotive components, sectioned and assembled on a display frame to facilitate practical understanding of the hydraulic circuit and braking dynamics. System Description: The unit illustrates the working of a conventional hydraulic brake system, showing the transmission of hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinders during brake application. The combination of front disc and rear drum brakes provides a comprehensive study of both systems within a single model. Technical Specifications: o Fabricated using original automotive brake components, sectioned to display internal construction and functional details. o Mounted on a robust mild steel frame with painted finish for durability and corrosion resistance. o Vacuum assisted hydraulic brake system.
