The excavated silt, sludge, malba garbage, floating material, lying on the bank / embankment shall be carted by the contractor away from the periphery of the drain with all leads and lift for his safe disposal at discretion (own use) including. Desilted/excavated material to be taken away by agency for environmental safe disposal at his discretion with all leads and lifts, nothing extra will be paid on this account by the department (Royalty @ 69.69/- per cum will be deducted from the bill w.r.t excavated material to be taken away by agency).
