RESHELLING OF MILL ROLLERS Reshelling of Mill Rollers with special Manganese and silica Alloy Mixture, hard coarse grain non-polishing Cast Iron shell having the Hardness 200 to 210 BHN, shrunk fitted on the Roller shafts (To be provided by the mills) duly machined but ungrooved as per drawing (To be provided by the mills). The composition of shell material should conform to IS-11201-1985 and shall contain :- Total carbon 3.20% to 3.60%, Manganese 2.20% to 3.20% Phosphorous 0.50% Maximum , Sulphur 0.15% Maximum, Silica 1.20% to 2.20%

ERW/CEW Boiler Tubes conforming to BS: 3059/1990 Part-2, Steel-360 plain at ends. The tubes will be oiled inside and outside and bundled prior to dispatch having ends of bundles suitably covered:
