Technical up gradation of tamping machines by providing Smart ALC with Software/Program for Design Mode Tamping of Track by using ALC in 6 UNIMATS ( UNI -8282, 8417, 8265, 8288, 8308 & 8278), 3 CSMs (CSM-937, 933 & 934) and 7 DUOMATIC (8067, 8062, 8093, 8115, 3320, 8126 & 8057) of SC Railway Track Machines

SW-I- Vijayawada Division :GDR-BZA & BZA-VSKP Section : Proposed PQRS Depot at Duggirala Station Yard & SW-II- TFTR- Widening/ repair of cess, filling up low lying areas near toe of bank to avoid water stagnation duly providing Toe Bank, providing sand or boulder drains wherever needed for draining out of water from pockets of ballast penetrated in the formation in single line and double line track (UP or DN line) with track centers less than 5.30 m between Km:412-413 in SSE/P.Way/TEL Section.

BZA - OGL Section:-Proposed Rehabilitation of Bridges by Regirdering work for Br.No:612 Up ( 10x10.28) @ KM: 350/13-03 between BPP - SPF Stations.

BZA-OGL Section- Proposed Rehabilitation of Bridges by Regirdering for Br.No. 586 UP (7x12.19) at Km.291/31-35 and 589 UP (13x12.19) at Km. 295/21-29 between OGL-KRV stations.

BZA Division: Replacement of Girders with new Composite girders which are exceeded their fatigue life of Br. Nos. 530 UP (3x18.29 m) at Km. 267/21-25 and 530 DN (3x18.29 m) at Km. 267/22-26 between SKM-TNR stations in GDR - BZA section in SSE/Br/NLR/BZA section under ADEN/Br/S/BZA jurisdiction

Repairs to roads, roofs, Dy. CMM office and miscellaneous repairs to service buildings in SSE/Works/RYP section under ADEN/Bldgs/BZA jurisdiction.

SW-I : RYPS - Construction of shed of 120m X 20m with 2 nos of 20T EOT crane facilitiy for body repairs. SW-II : RYPS - Upgradation of infrastructure for Augmentation of maintenance facilities in workshops phase 2. SW-II (i) : RYPS : Extension of Bay 1,2 and 3 of wheel shop by 60m (20m width each bay ) x 50m length (each bay) with track at centre of each bay. SW-II (ii) : RYPS : Construction of RCC building of 30mx6m with corridor of 1.5m for wheel shop activities.
