Day to day Maintenance of all internal and external electrical installation works ,common passage, Drive way within the premises of ABASAN Bilding, also regular operation and maintenance of 125 KVA D.G. set of ABASAN building, as per attached Terms & condition by deputing required number of Skilled and Semi Skilled Electrical worker for period of twelve months.( Rates are inclusive of EPF,EDLI,ESI , Bonus and Service Charges) (a) Semi Skilled worker - 1 No. head

Supply, Delivery and fitting fixing of following spares for repairing & servicing of 125 KVA Cummins Make Engine i) Fuel Filter-1no.

Annual maintenance of total CCTV system and its accessories installed at ABASAN building as per scope of work.

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.
