Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of 66 TR air cooled Air conditioning chiller Plant No 1 installed at terrace of Library of GMC, Jammu by way of disconnecting of electrical connections and holding the water supply by closing the butterfly valves of chiller pipeline. The job includes disconnecting of damaged motherboard with display- Rev 11.1 of MCS Magnum make. Job includes removing the motherboard with display from its installed position and sending to workshop for repairs and calibration of same so that it should be compatible to connect to the PC and on site loading of software and programme as per the heat load the mother board should be able to control and regulate the operation of screw compressor , multiple liquid lines solenoid, electronic expansion valves , liquid injection and economizers. The job includes providing and fitting of in and out temperature sensors of condenser line in place of damaged ones. The job includes opening of fan motors of 1.5 kw capacity and sending to workshop for repairs/rewinding of coil and fitting back after repairs. The Job also includes recovering of the refrigerant gas R-407 from the unit with the help of vaccum pump and storing in cylinders . The Job also includes the testing of leakages in the chiller plant by filling Nitrogen gas in the unit to a pressure of 1.5 times of operating pressure of plant and retained for 24 hrs. During the retention period, the leakages, if any, are checked by soap bubble detection test. then plugging the leakages with help of copper brazing method and replacement of nipples etc then flushing out the old contaminated compresser oil and filling fresh Polyolester compresser oil 20 ltrs approx in all the 6 compressors Then recharging the plant with refrigerant gas R-407- 30 Kg and stored refrigerant gas R-407 also and fitting the repaired mother board in its original position and opening the butterfly valves to circulate water and then making all the electrical connections testing of chillar plant on no load and on full load. Complete job includes cost of materiai, labour, transportation and all types of taxes etc.
