1 Experience certificate of last 07 years(For Civil Works) Experience of having successfully completed similar nature of Works (Civil work) within India during last 7 years ending last month of publication of advertisement (NIT) should be the following: (i) 03 (three) Similar nature of Works (Civil work) each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. OR (ii) 02 (two) Similar nature of Works (Civil work) each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. OR (iii) 01 (one) Similar nature of Work (Civil work) costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. (Job completion certificate from competent authority will be acceptable) (SPECIFY DETAILS i.e. ORGANISATION NAME, C.A.NO, COMPLETION COST, COMPLETION DATE). Note:-1. For arriving at cost of similar work, the value of work executed shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of seven percent (7%) per annum or fraction thereof, calculated from the date of completion to the date of Bid opening 2.
