Unit I, II & III - Outsourcing of Operation and Maintenance of PDFAC System consists of PLC, Switch gear panels, modules, breakers, Fly ash conveying, Instrument compressors, Intermediate conveying and Instrument compressors and Auxiliaries, PDFACS equipments in ESP area, Intermediate silo, cooling tower and fly ash pipelines to a length of 1500 Mtrs from ESP NCTPS-I to 1000 MT silo top located at NCTPS Stage-II including structural supports, silo top target box, vent bag filter system, silo unloading chutes, loading the fly ash vehicles round the clock and 100 MT Weigh bridge and Auxiliaries, cleaning of silo area and silo approach road for a period of 90 days or until completion of quantity (78000 MT) Whichever is earlier. Including cost of labour, spares and consumables, etc.

Labour charges for Operation and Maintenance of PDFAC System round the clock consists of fly ash collecting vessels, valves, conveying& instrument air pipelines from NCTPS-I to NCTPS-II, all compressors, intermediate silos inside NCTPS-I & main silos with weighbridge located at NCTPS-II site, Silo target box& vent bag filter system all electrical systems with PLC in the control rooms, loading the fly ash into bulker vehicles, wet sluicing the fly ash in the ESP hoppers which have not PDFAC system; periodical hammering of all the ESP hoppers, cleaning of ESP area, Silo area and silo approach road for the minimum guaranteed quantity of 45500 MT per month, for one year.
