64 Repairing & servicing of existing door/window including cost of

Repair and Serivce Damaged Spar Parts of Wet or flour grinder mill machine Including cost of materials, transportation, delivery and fixing labour charges etc., complete. Instruction given by departmental officers.

Disconnecting water tank, float valve with float arm and outlet pipe from PVC service water tank, emptying stored water through outlet, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder, closing wash outlet, refixing water tank, float valve and outlet in proper position, closing the top cover including minor repair if required and testing complete including writing "Cleaned on: (Date)" 50 mm height on outer face of tank with white paint (USING STENCIL) on water tank of capacity exc 250 litres but n exc 500 litres complete all as directed by Eng in charge.

Opening of the vehicle along with the engine aganist repairs, over haul and checking of the complete engine / transmission system / suspension system / exhaust system /cooling system / Electrical system and braking sysytem complete other complete parts of veh Eicher and segricating of servicable / unservicable parts and refixing of servicable parts after cleaning including servicing , greasing , electrical work along with replacement / refixing of the unserviceable parts complete and testing of vehicle after repair for satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge. Note :-(i) Unservicable parts will be paid and measured seprately under respective serial Nos. (i) Rate quatated includes the cost of minor acessories such as nuts, bolt, washer and `O' ring etc.

Providing & Fixing of 450 mm Sweep Oscillating type Wall mounting / Pedestal type fans with Three speed, ON and OFF position, Sintered Iron bush oil impregnated, with metal front and back 120 or more ribs guard; Three no. Aluminium blades, minimum Air delivery 100 Cum. / Minute , Minimum Service Value 1.11 Cum./min/watt, noise level should be = 75 dB, power consumption = 120 watts, motor protection through thermal overload protection device, including fixing with anchor bolts, making connection testing etc. as required.
