Comprehensive annual maintenance contract of Ductable Air-conditioning Package unit of capacity 8.5 TR- 2 1 nos(Make- Hitachi) alongwith air handling unit(AHU)-2 nos,electrical control unit with timer-2nos and 3Ph DOL starter-2nos( repair/replacement of any parts as and when required) complete with all accessories for 1st year at MBB Relay Room. (1job=Maintenance work of 21.25 HP unit per month)

Repairing and reconditioning of Monoblock and jet pump single phase/ Three phase for 0.5 HP,1 HP,1.5 HP capacities for supplying and fixing, repairing and labour charges for the following items as directed during execution etc. (The following rates are EXCLUDING GST)

OD319954/2025-2026:Annual Maintenance Contract of the 110 TR water cooled DX Chiller includes:- 1. Check and render preventive maintenance service to all the equipment every 3 month. ie, four times in an year through M/s Blue Star Limited. 2. Attend all breakdown calls Each Service will include:- a. Checking the functioning of Chillier Units/ AHU Unit/ FCU Units/ Pumps/ Cooling Towers/ Controls and all other equipment connected with the Chillier machines b. Free replacing of defective/ worn out parts with new or repaired parts of Compressor/ Thermostat / Cut outs. c. Repairing of equipment at site/ service station as the case may be d. Descaling of condensers/ chemical cleaning of evaporator coils/ replacement of pre filters. e. Checking of compressor for its proper functioning f. Annual pumping down and re-starting as and when needed g. Checking of Microprocessor control panel, Control boards, transducers of packaged chillers/ Condensing unit for their correctness and replace if necessary. h. Replacing of parts due to normal wear and tear. i. Maintain log book to record the maintenance activity for one year
