Comprehensive annual maintenance of HOT Crane by Disconnecting, dismanting and lowering down complete HOT crane chain pulley block of any description & in any position of capacity of 3 ton comprising of trolley, gear box , strip opening the chain pulley block for servicing, oiling, greasing, remettaling of gears/shaft, polishing, checking the transmission shaft, servicing of rachet gear assembly checking the condition of rachet dog, checking the bearing removing the unservicable partsand fixing in position, Testing complete all as specified & directed. No of HOT Crane 3 Ton capacity - 15 Nos Note:- (i) Contractor should have atleast three year working experience. The HOT cranes shall be periodically (Once before mansoon season and once after mansoon) checked/serviced for lubrication in moving parts, oil level in the gearbox & function of mechanical parts such as brakes,trolley ,chain pulley block all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) Replacement of small or minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, shaft key, locking nuts, small springs, screws etc shall be deemed to include in the item rate. (iii) servicing shall be carried out only in the presence of user rep and obtain the signature from the user on the job card after servicing and submit the same to the JE/Engr-in-charge before proceeding the RAR.
