S& F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landings as per Architectural drawing and the like within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-Twenty) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/mm2 (Twenty newton per square millimetre) for reinforced cement concrete work @320 kg/cum (at the rate Three hundered twenty kilogram per cubic metre) or as per approved design mix All works above plinth level upto all floor level to give a smooth mechanically mixed and vibrated inclusing curing complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

DE-SILTING & EXCAVATION: Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead from the beds of Beels/Tanks/ Ponds/ Swampy lands to the proper grade and slopes as required and utilizing the soil in construction of embankment or repairing of existing embankment on all sides, lifting in uniform layers not exceeding 20 cm thick (excluding compaction), clearing light jungles and trees up to 50 cm girth from the site of work, dug belling, profiling, ploughing or roughening or benching the seat, breaking clods up to 25 mm cube ramming, removing roots and vegetation, dressing to the designed section complete as directed.
