Fabrication, transportation and supply of 12 Mtrs Polygon High Mast with single section of 3mm thick of Bottom 360mm and Top 150mm dia with BSEN - 10025 grade S 355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS 2062 for base plate, having a base plate of size 520mm dia 16mm thick with its accessories. Mast shall be in single section for 12 Mtrs . The high mast to be supplied along with LED aviation obstruction light complete with all accessories, lightening final, integral power tool ,1.5 HP motor, EPR trailing cable installed inside the base compartment. 12 nos. 1200mm length foundation bolts for foundation. .outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP conta ctor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals. The scope of work also includes to construct RCC foundation , Erection of high mast, installation of feeder pillar, 2 nos. earthing with 2.5 mtr long 40 mm dia GI earth electrode. . The high mast to be supplied along with double drum winch . Wind tunnel report of high mast shaft should confirm the force coefficient and the mast must be suitable for 250 Km/HR wind speed or more.
