COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF SENSITIVE E/M EQUIPMENTS INSTALLATIONS OF NCN DATA CENTRE AT INS ANGRE UNDER GE(NW) KUNJALI
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Repairs and routine maintenance of UPS Systems through OEM, total 04 Nos, details as under: (1) UPS Capacity 300 KVA – 01 No (2) UPS Capacity 60 KVA – 01 No (3) UPS Capacity 80 KVA – 02 Nos The scope of work shall include: (1) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all UPS units. (2) Replacement of defective minor parts such as relays, PCB cards, connectors, etc. (3) Monthly testing of isolation transformer. (4) Weekly testing of voltage and current of all batteries. (5) Preparation of battery status chart, duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (6) Painting of battery stands of all UPS systems. (7) Replacement of batteries and jointing of battery interconnecting cables, as required. (8) Any other accessories not mentioned but necessary for proper functioning. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
