Tube well installation work in Lake View Apartment

Un-lowering of submersible pump set with all piping from a tube-well/ open-well complete (labour charge only ) including transportation of tripod, chain, pulley-block and other materials required and lowering of repaired/ new pump in the tube-well / open-well complete in all respect.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS: 2800 (Part I) and IS: 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by V-Notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level and draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples and getting tested in approved laboratory all complete including required hire and labour charges of air compressor, tools and accessories etc. all as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Operation and minor maintenance of Tube wells by following: - (i) Operation of 42 Nos. Tube wells and maintenance of LT panel, switch gear, isolating systems, proper chlorination by Dozing pump, testing of ground water and other allied electrical & mechanical equipment's at site by deployment of Skilled and Unskilled staff for smooth operation of Tube wells as per direction of engineer in charge. Each tube well should be maintained properly and make availability of chlorin, test kit at the site. Submitting of daily report by the staff is mandatory. Skilled staff - 02 Nos. Semi-Skilled staff - 02 No. Unskilled staff- 04 Nos. ESI & EPF shall be reimbursed as actual after submitted the proper documents of ESI & EPF.
