Supply and installation of 2 HP, single/three phase submersible motor pumping set with required head of the borewell (Crompton, shakti, Oswal, Bentax and other equalling ISI brand) with required head and discharge suitable for the borewell including GST and all other charges at borewell installation

Development to tube well in accordance with IS: 2800 (Part-1) and IS:11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor ruling the compressor for required time till well is fully developed measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method measuring static level and draw down etc. by step draw down method collecting water sample & getting tested in approved laboratory I/c disinfection of tube well all complete including required hire and labour charges of air compressor tools and accessories etc. all as per direction of Engineer In-charge. The grouting and sealing of tube well has to be done to ensure safe sanitary conditions. The well casing shall be anchored with ISMC-150 and CC-Block. The CC-Block shall be laid of size (2x2x1) meter in M-15 Mix, excluding the annular Dia of the well and sloping away from it to prevent contaminated water flowing back into it. The casing pipe has to be anchored by weling ISMC-150 steel bracing of 2 – meters length each (04 no. bracings or channels) with cleats and sufficient welding area, bracing embedded with the CC- Block as per the directions of the site Engineer.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days..(SOR 2025-26 P-300)

Maintenance of tubewells which includes complete repairs / rewinding of submersible pump sets including cost of material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of Solar Panel, electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for tubewell per month. 0.5 HP to 5.0 HP
