Laboar charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in Borewell including fixing jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to starter to required depth ande also fixing of riser pipes to the recquired depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, Three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, Water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days

A) Sinking of Borewell of 165 mm Dia clear using supe fast hydralic rig (Compresor Bore) of capacity 250 PSIG and above 900 CFM and above in all strata including over barden upto 20mtrs fixing of casi...

Construction of Tube-well upto 100 Meter depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden, to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils and over burden including lowering of casing pipes, but excluding cost of casing pipes as per IS : 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe:. 200mm –do-.

Cleaning and developing the tube well using their own compressor continuously worked till clear and adequate discharge is obtained from the tube well including supply and use of all necessary equipment and labour as per the direction of E.I.C.

Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tubewell of required dia. with top enlargement by rig boring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method) including hire charges and labour for rig machine, tools and plants, staging, force pumping set and making arrangement for water required for boring etc. complete and lowering of pipes, strainers, blind pipes etc. complete. For depth upto 250 metre for 150 mm dia. Tube well with top enlargement of 250 mm dia.(upto 50 metre). First 50 M

i)00mtr to 20 mtr A)Drilling for 200mm dia bore Construction of 1 no production wells including scientific source finding through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the hammer drilling rig or combination rig with PVC pipe and installation of submersible pump set with all acessories I)Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of specified dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with combination drilling rig as required to suit the site condition as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including supply of own rig with its accessories, tools and plant and consumables etc. for lowering of 200mm /150mm dia M.S. Pipe / PVC casing fitted with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessity for sub-medium hard and boulder formation (M.S./PVC casing pipe if required to prevent collapse of over burden is to be provided by contractor including lowering and withdrawing after completion of the tube well) 200mm dia x 400mm dia in over burden position inlcluding packing of gravel supplied by Contractor for 400mm bore only etc as per direction of Engineer incharge.
