S & F of suspended ceiling system of grid/section of size 600x600mm comprising of interlocking GI powder coated main T-runners of size 24x38x0.33mm thick of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 24X32X0.33mm thick of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24X32X0.33mm thick of length 600mm and perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm thick of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs @ 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S. screws with and including 4 mm thick E-board false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 6 mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin of the roof with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Vertical portion like walls etc.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).
