Construction of boundary wall with Precast Column and Pannel (with prestressed concrete , pannel size-2100x300x50mm and column size 150x150x2400mm ,1800 mm. above and 600mm. below ground level) including fixing of pannel & column in proper alignment including cost of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper complection of work as per direction of engineer incharge . (C.C. for grouting, excavation of pit and P.C.C. shall be paid extra) . (NSI).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: (DSR 4.2) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR 4.2.3)

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3mm thickh lum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5AFT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) SD 23
