Restraining and re-securing barbed wire fixed in repairs fencing including making good staples etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

2.1 Boundary wall- 1000 mtr( Type-1) Construction of Boundary Wall including excavation, PCC of grade M 10, RCC of grade M30 with cement content not less than 350 kg/cum, HYSD Reinforcement of Grade Fe-500 for footings, pedestal, plinth beam & column of height 1.2 mts above FGL for boundary Wall & 06/08 Nos of Gate Columns upto 2.4 mts height as per the approved drawings. Brick Masonry wall in CM 1:6 is constructed in between the columns over the plinth beam for a height of 1.2mts duly plastered in CM 1.4 in 18mm thk. and painted with the exterior emulsion paint and expansion joint of 25mm to be provided at every 16mts of boundary wall. 50mm thick coping in CC 1:2:4 to be provided extended upto 25mm on either side of face of wall with required slope. The top of the wall is provided with 'Y' structural angle of 65x65x5mm painted to complete for a lenght of 1.2m clear height grouted in columns and topped with the concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 4.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre and G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.(Note: Measurement of the Boundary Wall height shall be taken from the Top of Plinth Beam up to the Top of GI Fencing. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include foundation work, brick masonry, plastering, coping, painting, Y-angles, barbed wire/concertina coil fencing, grouting, GI clips, staples, bolts, binding wire, tying arrangements, and all other accessories or items required for the construction of the boundary wall as per approved drawings and specifications. Providing and fixing 1st quality standard Marble printed/ Granite Shade or Light/dark shad glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 300mm x 600mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
