Cutting down the plants/ trees of girth n.exc. 15 cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajja, wall junctions & at junctions of rain water/ waste water pipes including taking out the roots entered into wall/ slab surfaces, making good surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were affected due to cutting/ taking out process after applying suitable herbicide including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining surfaces complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging/ Jhula etc, with all necessary safety precautions complete all as directed and as specified.

Note: (i) The cost of reinforcement and form work shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Prestressed concrete Columns/ posts shall be measured and paid seperately
