Construction of Retaining wall on Nallah Boundary at P Gokul Joras Nagar Kh. 72, 73, 76, 78 Mz.-borgaon in West Division under 1900 Fund Development Fund.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc.excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)for all works up to plinth levels including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
