Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :All works upto plinth level

Design, Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Bamboo Yoga Hall/rain shelter as per drawing given, with a min. height of 4.00 M above floor level at crown. The Yoga Hall shall consist of designer bamboo columns, bamboo elements, and bamboo shingle roofing as per the tentative concept drawing. All the connections for the making of designer bamboo yoga hall where ever required as per the tentative design, with nuts, bolts, screw and/or bamboo pins. The bamboo yoga hall shall be painted with two or more coats of varnish of approved brand and manufacture, complete in all respect. The flooring will be laid 30 cm above the proposed ground level with bamboo tiles which will be placed above wooden (Sal wood) decking. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary weather proof paint or varnish, civil work, transport, loading, unloading and erection charges. All the bamboo used for the construction will be treated bamboo against attack of termites and borers. The overall warranty for the structure is for 3 year with maintenance. The charges are inclusive of all the taxes including GST, labor, transport and commissioning etc. all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. The design and construction will be wetted by Indian Institute of Technology/any other organisation specified as per direction of engineer in charge (Plan/floor area shall be measured for payment purpose)
