Waterproofing treatment of Underground/overhead RCC Water Storage Tank including surface preparation, crack repair, primer and multi-layer coating. The work shall include thorough cleaning of all tank surfaces using wire brushes and mechanical tools to remove dust, laitance, and loose particles, repair of cracks with Arda Crete mixed with cement, application of 1st coat cementitious primer using Engineer Plus Aquaprime + cement + water, 2nd coat of Arda 2K Cem, 3rd coat of Engineer Plus Flexi Coat Black with embedded fiber mesh (1400% elongation for high flexibility and crack resistance), and 4th finishing coat of Arda 2K I, ensuring proper reinforcement at joints, corners, and edges. The work includes curing, testing by filling water for 24–48 hours, and repair of any leaks, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
