1 Manpower Part ***(Annual Repair and Maintenance(Civil) Works of ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Namkum, Ranchi and attached staff quarters for the period of One(01) Year. AS PER SCOPE OF WORK AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BID & STANDARD CONTRACT AGREEMENT. ***The Percentage quoted in the BOQ manpower part of the Financial Bid shall replace the 15% value specified in the contractor profit column of the manpower calculation sheet under the Scope of Work. It is advisable to not quote below 3.85% (Bidder have to select Excess only) in the manpower component, as it is a reimbursement-based component. Estimated Rate 200649/- has been taken from the manpower calculation sheet from sub total column, just before the contractor profit column and calculation will be done after taking consideration of quoted rate. Non-fullfillment of above instruction will lead to rejection of financial bid.
