Note:As per the remarks noted in the AS of the subject work , the structural adequacy and stability of the proposed gallery and other steel structural works shall be ensured before execution of structural works. So the Technical Sanction is issued based on the preliminary drawings, design assumptions and estimate submitted. The work shall be commenced (including fabrication or erection of the stadium gallery and fencing framework) only after the detailed design and shop drawings are vetted and approved by the authority concerned as per prevailing norms for public works in kerala.

This Estimate Amounting to Rs:-14964987.0 For is prepared for CONSTRUCTION OF COMBINED (MALE & FEMALE) HAZAT BUILDING (G+1) IN CAMPUS OF CIVIL COURT, SHEKHPURA as per refrence of above Letter. This Estimate is framed based on the estimate of technical approval, this is mainly Part wise of all structure which is seen as per "ABSTRACT OF COST" & "ESTIMATE"attached with the Estimate.The estimate for Building portion (civil work) is framed as per approved design of the different parts of the Building, PHE work, septic tank, Boring, RWH, Furniture,Fire Fighting and Electrical work (only amount) is proposed in the Estimate, the rates of furniture is based on approved rate . All the Civil works are Proposed based on The rates provided in this Estimate are as per B.C.D. Schedule of rate of Bihar Government effective from 01/01/2022.Taking in view the work importance its Technical Sanction of this Estimate is required.
