OD307085/2025-2026:Supplying and applying High build elastomeric water proofing coating based on pure ,hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray /brush applied, Poly Urethane membrane with an elongation of 350 % and tensile strength of 4.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3 mm as per ASTM C 1305, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, SRI Index of 106 with UV resistance. Water proofing method consisting of applying (a) Surface preparation including clearing work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with SBR based Polymer modified cement mortar, (b) making of angle fillets all around the periphery of the wall with SBR polymer modified cement mortar and grouting the gaps of pipes with general purpose grout (non shrink Cementitious water proof grout). (c) laying and applying epoxy primer at the rate of 0.15kg/sqm. Epoxy primer should be dry and surface moisture should be less than 4% before PU application .(d) Laying Fibre glass cloth. (e) Applying Poly Urethane water Proofing coating (minimum three coats with a consumption of 2.20kg/sqm) over the epoxy primer applied surface so as to cover the fibre glass cloth completely as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

13.88:Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

4.11.2:Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. (ii) Using Gravel mix soil.
