41 i) No debris shall be left over around the building during the renovation works. An area for 'Debris bins' will be identified close to his site office or inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC on the request of contractor for collection of debris generated on day to day basis. The Debris from debris bin shall be cleared every month. The contractor must maintain adequate number of wheel borrows all the time for shifting the debris to Debris bin. If the debris lies around the building for more than 2 days, penalty @ Rs. 500/- per day per flat shall be levied w.e.f. 3rd day onwards.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
