Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge: With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and fixing in position 30 mm thick PU foam insulated roofing of sandwich type (PUF density approx. 40 Kg per cu.m) corrugated galvanised colour coated metal roofing sheets panel having 0.50 mm minimum skin thickness on both side of approved colour shade and make including providing overlaps, necessary screws / bolts / nuts, and washers as per manufacturer’s specifications including re-sizing / cutting the sheets as required etc. complete as manufacturer’s specifications, clause-19 of technical specifications. Note: The building wall side shall be make water tight.

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing and testing ISI Marked G.I. Pipe (as per IS 1239) BClass including cost of specials (such as tees, bends, sockets, elbows etc.), painting with anti-corrosive bitumastic paint, testing, cutting, threading Inside building complete.
