EARTH WORK EXCAVATION FOR FOUNDATIONS AND DEPOSITING ON BANK, FOR ALL LIFTS AND WITH AN INITIAL LEAD OF 10M INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL, OPERATIONAL, LABOUR CHARGES SUCH AS SHORING, SHEETING, PLANKING, STRUTTING, DEWATERING SITE CLEARANCE, CLEARING SHURBS, BRUSHWOOD, UNDER GROWTH AND SMALL TREES NOT EXCEEDING 300 MM GIRTH, MEASURED AT ONE METRE ABOVE GROUND ETC., BUT EXCLUDING GST, COMPLETE FOR FINISHED ITEM OF WORK INCLUDING DEWATERING CHARGES ETC AS PER SS - 20 B FOR STIFF BLOCK COTTON SOIL , HARD RED EARTH, MURRAM, ORDINARY GRAVEL - MANUAL MEANS UP TO 3M DEPTH - FOUNDATION OF BUILDING (APSS 308).

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providng and fixing 2 nos. 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 2 nos. 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
