OD63225/2025-2026:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .

Providing and fixing in position aluminium cladding by using 4 mm thick composite panel with following details specifications.The aluminium alloy will be confirm to IS 733 and sections to IS 1948. Aluminium section will be 50mm x 50mm x 1.85mm angle for transom and mullionnonanodized with non visible screws, fasteners, dow coming weather sillicon sealent etc 1 complete including aluminium sleeves, dashing, coping and suspended system etc. complete. All other required hardware will be good quality as approved Railways. Aluminium composite panel will be 0.5 mm + 3.00 mm+0.50 mm thick. The composite panel shall be of reputed brands like AI UK bond? ALUCO bond, EURO bond, Aluplex etc. The size and shape of panels will be as decided by Railways. The item also includes providing and getting approval from Railways design and detailed working drawing for this cladding work.The cladding can be flat or on curved surface like column etc. as required.
