OD50054/2025-2026:Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade<br>cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved<br>design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering,<br>shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as<br>per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing<br>strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note:- Minimum Cement-Content should be @ 330 kg/ cum-All work upto plinth level (Excess/less of extra cement used by the contractor is not payable/recoverable separately as per circular No CE/BL/GL/6541/2015 dated 30/8/2017)

50.12.4.1:Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7.5 mm thick PVC plain panel board ceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc complete (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (DSR 10.25) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (DSR 10.25.2)
