9 6.30 Cmt Brick work using common burnt clay building

BRICK WORK Fly Ash Brick Masonry in cement mortar of mix (1:6) using Fly Ash bricks of size 23c.m x 11 c.m x 8 c.m in Foundation & Plinth having crushing strength not less than 75 kg per square c.m. with cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in works with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering, watering and curing etc. including cost, coveyance,stacking, loading, unloading, royalties , all taxes ,cost of all labour,Labour cess ,scaffolding, sundries and T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Construction of septic Tank in all types of soil with 40 Cm .thick masonry in CM 1:6, 15 Cm thick C.C bed of 1:5:10, M-15 grade C.C flooring & over stone slab covering ,80 mm thick slab ,jointing of slab in CM 1:3. Ralthal, Kharanja, 50 mm thick stone partition walls, 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 finished with neat floating cement, 4 Nos C.I foot rests of approved design ,two No. 450 mm dia each Ferro cement cover with frame, earth work etc. complete as per approved drawing including disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50 mtr:- Size 230 x110 x150 cm.(for 20 users) with 115 mm thick RCC (M-20) slab with Tor steel reinforcement 10mm ϕ @15 cm c/c bothways including shuttering complete in all respect.
