Repairs to VCB

Material and labour for providing and laying 20 mm thick POLYMER MODIFIED MORTAR over identified R.C.C. members in One layer in proportion as per approved make, blended to a required consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time, including providing and inserting 10 mm mild steel shear key bars (minimum 3 nos per sqm), wherever required, bonding slurry, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Dr FIXIT/ FOSROC/ Krishna Conchem/BASF/Sika as approved by GE. Note for Item No.20 to 30:- (i) The work under Item No. 20 to 30 shall be carried out by authorised applicator only. (ii) Defect liability for these items shall be 5 years from certified date of completion. (iii) Amount of 5% of these items shall be retained during RAR and FB. This amount shall be released after successful completion of Defects liability period as mentioned above. (iv) Non destructive testing shall be got carried out through IIT / NIT / College of Engineering Pune to decide fulfillment of fitness criteria of structure. (v) The test shall be carried out at each discrete location or locations decided by GE or testing authority. (vi)The cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. Completion shall be issued by GE after only getting structural stability certificate of each respective building from testing authority.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (DSR 10.25) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (DSR 10.25.2)
