Various Civil Repair & Maintenance Works at Quarter No. B-6, BNC, Govindpura, Bhopal.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as requiredIn gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

OD255656/2025-2026:Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade (up to Plinth level) cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge - Minimum cement content considered for this item is 340kg/m3. (Note:- cement content obtained as per mix design shall be used by the contractor at the site to obtain the required strength. Excess cement used as per mix design is not payable separately as per circular No. CE/BL/GL/6541/2015 dated 30.08.2017 of the Chief Engineer, PWD Buildings ) - All work up to Plinth level
