50012663 Single leaf 2 hour rated Metal Fire door Providing and fixing,testing of fire rated GI Sheet doors conforming to FD 120-I 30 classification of IS 3614 :2021 with fire rating of 120 minutes integrity and 30 minutes insulation. The factory manufactured door frame and shutter assembly shall be made out of minimum 1.20 mm thick GI Sheet with minimum 120 GSM coating as per IS: 277. Door and frame should be finished with powder coating in standard RAL shade finish having DFT of minimum 30 microns. The door should carry a minimum 500 Hrs of salt spray test. All accressesories like hardware, vision panel, fire & smoke seal etc to be supplied by Fire door manufacturer only as per the guidelines laid down in IS 3614:2021.Every door must carry a label confirming to type of door & its fire rating.The door must carry a 5years valid test evidence from CBRI-Roorkee / NTH-Kolkata/ NABL accrediated lab which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. The Door frame shall be single rebate grooved profile of size minimum 100mm x 57mm made out of 1.20mm (18gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be butt / mitered joint and field assembeled with bolting system. Frames to have inbuilt grooved to accomodate Intumuscent fire seal strip . The frame should also be provided with fire rated EPDM smoke seal 20x4 mm conforming to IS: 3614:2021 or as per test evidence. It shall be fixed in grooves, specifically cut in rebate on all the 3 sides of the frame.. All provisions should be mortised & provided with necessary inbuilt reinforcement to receieve appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket for anchor fastner with 8-10 mm dia and minimum 80 mm long HDG fasteners, with Polyamide sleeves(Payable in extra item) for installation of frame in finished plastered masonary wall opening. Note :- For grouting of Steel frames in masonary installations ;cement sand mixture 1:3 ratio by civil contractor/fire rated PU foam or such fire rated material may be recommended except head member(Payable in extra item). Single leaf insulated fire rated door of FD 120 classification IS 3614:2021 with 120 minutes integrity and 30 minutes insulation - For staircase/exit pathway application / Refuge area. – Door frame fixed to exit opening with 10 nos. fasteners and door assembly must be provided with 1 no. single point panic bar and external trim with key cylinder, 1 no. door closer with spring.
