Servicing / over hauling of ceiling fan 230 Volts of any make and sweep, along with following others repairs. a). Dismantaling of ceiling fan complete part by part carefully, testing stator coils, degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in- Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. b) Heating & varnishing to stator coils with super quality varnish and dried out properely with external heat as ordered & directed. c) Reassembeling of ceiling fan complete with all existing serviceable parts obtained against Item 1 (a), and new parts as required / ordered by Engineer in Charge. Note (i). Any Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item as ''Supply only'' (s) of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoated against this Item. (ii).Any unforeseen minor repair and minor parts that are not covered under Item No-86 , (a) to (c) ( Total cost less than Rs 100 ) but required to complete the repair work / smooth functioning of fan shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate. (iii) Transportation of fan to workshop for repair and back to site in EM store yard at Ghatkopar is deemed to be included with unit rate. (iii). Rewinding of stator coils of ceiling fan , where involved shall be measured and paid separetely against relevant item of this schedule. (iv) 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed 0.75 Sqmm cable from ceiling rose to fan connector of adequate length (maximum upto 1 Mtr) and (greasing the bearing with ball bearing grease where involved) shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Applying primer coat : With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) : Painting with ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade: Old wood work (one or more coats)

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 12 to 20 mm HBG stone with form work for precast slab including cost of all materials, lead and lift etc., complete at BKB-II/ Vendipalayam.
