The bidder must be an Architectural / Engineering Consultancy company registered under Indian Companies Act, 2013 or LLP under LLP Act, 2008 or registered Partnership firm under Partnership Act, 1932 or Proprietorship firm or Institution.

Providing of consultancy services for designing and implementation of SCADA system at WSS Salmay, Sounthian, Baryal, Billan Bowli, Gangera and Barrian in Udhampur town (as per scope of work).

Review of identified intersections using commercially available Map APIs, Submission of inception report & detailed work plan, Submission of junction 24 Hr turning movement data collection report and Total-Station topographic survey, Submission of Draft report along with data analysis, identification of deficiencies of various road furniture items based on operations and safety point of view, identification of mitigation measures along with CAD based geometric improvements for removal of congestion spots, Submission of the intersection Microsimulation Traffic Analysis for the identified junctions, Submission of Field Trial Summary Report, Submission of Final Junction Improvement report and drawings. Preparation of the detailed Design and Drawings, work Estimate & DPR, Technical Sanctions, Tender document and contractor appointment process, GFC Drawings to the Contractor, Day to day supervision, Project Management, Quality control and Contractor Billing, final completion Post-implementation monitoring (after PMRDA has implemented the final design) for impact measurement Additional Note: The consultant shall be paid fees for the scope mentioned in the tender under both pre-tender and post-tender activities. For post-tender activities, the consultant’s fee shall be calculated on the accepted tender amount of the contractor by applying the percentage of fees quoted by the consultant. For pre-tender activities, the consultant’s fee shall be paid based on the DPR and estimated cost, by applying the percentage of fees quoted by the consultant.
