PREPARATION OF DPR INCLUDING ASSISTING THE CLIENT IN OBTAINING CLEARANCES BESIDES PREPARATION OF TENDER DOCUMENT AND ALL ACTIVITIES TILL SIGNING A CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH THE CONTRACTOR FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF 48 MW CHANDANWARI HEP IN THE UNIONTERRITORY of J&K.

The consultant shall prepare a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) encompassing a detailed topographic survey, soil investigation, preliminary architectural plans with 3D visualizations, and integrated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs. All structural drawings must be vetted and certified by a Government Engineering College to ensure technical compliance. The project involves preparing a detailed estimate based on the current Kerala PWD SoR or DSR, incorporating waste management and green building standards, and providing necessary assistance for Town Planning and Local Body clearances. The final submission must include three hard-bound copies of the complete DPR, including all designs and reports, for administrative sanction.

Design, Consultancy, Geotechnical Investigation (minm:2 bore), Preparation of DPR, with Detailed Estimates, along with BOQ, including all Architectural, Structural drawings and all other necessary working drawings including its vetting from IIT/NIT/DIQC and is submission for approval, including the digital layout plan, and fixing the alignment of structure on site by Consultant including site visits as and when required for Construction of 20 Metre Foot Bridge at Neel Nallah near Old Bridge Ramsoo(Estimated cost for Consultancy = 1% of Bridge Cost) (Estimated cost for Consultancy = 49.50 lacs including all taxes)..
