Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Silent Out door type Diesel Generator Set CPCB IV + 10 kVA, 1 Phase, 50 Hz Silent DG Set Diesel Engine & Alternator both mounted and aligned on a common MS base frame complete with manual panel, fuel tank, Residential Exhaust Silencer, with batteries, AVM Pad, Battery lead fitted in Sound Proof acoustic enclosure, including required capacity of Standard Panel including testing fuel as required

Supply of 250 KVA Diesel Generator set with integral acoustic enclosure as per CPCB IV+ or better norms with standardized accessories as per technical details given below. 1. Engine : Turbocharged diesel engine, 4 stroke, water cooled, multi cylinder, electric start of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. . The electronic governor shall be as per ISO 8528. 2.Standard accessories with Diesel Engine a) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling b) Close Coupling c) Air cleaner d) Radiator with fan provided with fan guard. e) Fuel Pump f) Fuel filter g) Lubricating oil filter h) Exhaust silencer i) Exhaust Muffler j) Battery Charger. 3. Engine Instrument Panel with the following items a) Starting switch with key or button b) Lubricating oil pressure gauge. c) RPM Indicator with hour meter d) Battery charging indication and voltage indication. 4. Safety Controls for Engine a) Trip for low lubricating oil pressure b) Trip for high water temperature. 5. Alternator a)Type - self cooled, self-excited and self-regulated b) Capacity - 250KVA/200 K W @ 0.8PF c) System of Voltage - 3 phase, 415 V, d) Frequency - 50 Hz e) Insulation - Class F/H. The Alternator should confirm to IS 4722. 6. Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure. 7. Battery :-12V 24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable numbers of batteries as required as per specifications. The battery shall be housed inside the acoustic enclosure of DG set. 8.Operation and service manual, spares and tools shall be provided. 9.Standard control panel as per Kerala Electrical Inspectorate requirements, complete with 400 A, 4-pole MCCB with accessories, voltmeter, frequency meter, energy meter, low-set earth-fault relay, etc., complete.
