a) Internet Leased Line (ILL) 1. Installation of 500 MBPS dedicated Internet Leased Line connectivity (1:1) with fixed IP address for use in every desktop/ laptop for pre-scanning ETPBS and data Entry in Encore Portal of Election Commission of India at each counting venue 2. The Networking link to be in dual path like under path and overhead 3. Fiber / RF for redundancy to offer highest uptime 4. Backup another leased line internet connectivity have to provide from different service provider 5. Sufficient Network Engineer and Operator to be posted at each counting Venue and at road where the OFC passes.
DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TWIN OF A SUBMARINE
Supply and installation of Intel Computer along with supporting software and UPS for storing the digital database created with the help of QR codes/ bar code scanners of every individual equipment / component linked with respective photographs/ videos of the degutted items date wise (cost of two Bar code scanners for scanning the data of degutted equipment to be included) – Annexure B. (hardware to have 3 Yrs OEM Warranty @ HSL-Visakhapatnam).
