Granular Sub-base as per Table:- 400-1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded Material, ,carriage of mixed Material to work site, ading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared rface watering, rolling and compacting with vibratory power roller at OMC to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 A Plant mix method (with Mechanically crushed stone only) (b) For Sub-base cum drainage layer or upper sub-base with (i) Grading-V Material

SETTING OUT, Construction of reference bench mark (1 No.), working bench mark (4 Nos.) and near all drainage structures and bridges (as per direction of Engineer-in-charge), reference pillar/ burgees @ 50m interval on both side of formation width including marking of centre line, setting out curves, recording of levels, white washing and lettering etc. complete as per MORD specifications cl. 108. Reference pillars / Burjees as per drawing No. 200.2 of MoRD specifications including the cost of material required for construction. Height upto 1.00 m from GL Reference benchmark/working benchmark (As per drawing annex-I) (BT+CC)

Repairs / servicing by dismantling of four-way cassette type / high wall indoor unit covers of any capacity, complete, by disconnecting and properly covering all electrical and electronic boards and wiring, including complete wet servicing of cooling coils, expansion valves, indoor drainage pumps and drainage lines using OEM-approved chemicals. The servicing shall be carried out using tray jackets to prevent spillage, including cleaning of unit surfaces after servicing, re-assembly, testing and commissioning of the unit, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
