Drainage water pumping system for dam galleries

Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, and comissioning of Raw Sewerage Main line for STP for required length which includes RISING MAIN, GRAVITY MAIN and Manhole Chamber (Bricks & RCC) for 8.80 KM including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved grade excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, hydro-testing complete for I&D system as per Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer/Employer.

Preparation of drainage spout on roof for bituminous waterproofing treatment after required grading and shaping of the under bed with Cement Concrete (1:2:4) or CementMortar (1:4) as directed, Chamfering and moulding the Mortar (1:4) as directed, Chamfering and moulding the parapet wall to form a bell mouth entry, if required and providing full course treatment with bituminous felt to facilitate quick and smooth drainage of watwr into the downpipes complete including cost of all materials and labour according to satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost). DSR 16.85

Providing & fixing of 2-track x 2-panel sliding windows made out of multi chambered UPVC(Matching to RAL-9016) sections and with minimum TiO2(Titanium Dioxide) at 6 PHR with TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) and lead free, gaskets -grey color having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profile through-out the window frame. The outer frame having an overall size of 44mm width x 40mmheight with reinforcement 1mm thickness and Sash with overall size of 27mm X 53mm with UPVC honeycomb structure inside in lieu of GI reinforcement. Coextruded Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 9.5mm x 21.5mm. Windows shall be provided with 5mm plain float glass, standard hardware& single point locking system with Crescent Locks. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be of 2 mm. Maximum possible size – 1219mm x 1219mm. (The cost is inclusive of all fixtures and separate charges for minor T&P's shall not be made)
