M & L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

(m) Inspect aerator and note biomass growth, recirculation and any malodour. (n) Grease for all bearings. (o) Drain gearbox oil and replace Also check holding plate bolts. (p) Check shaft for wear and alignment. (q) Check all bearings for wear and tear, check all bolts for tightness and check chain coupling and check bolts for tightness. (r) Check motor for overheating (by touch) and remove dust etc. from air fins,grease all bearings through nipples,grease all chain couplings through casing nipples, check oil level in gearbox and top up if necessary,check sludge return system from humus tank for function,apply light lubricating oil in small quantities to locks and hinges,preparing & submitting monthly report on performance of the plant

P/l of RCC spun pipes for cross drainages incl excavation of trenches upto required depth and jointing of pipes with cement slurry and jute yarn incl. all carriages from departmental store to site of work and providing of proper cushion over the pipe surface complete ( pipes to be laid at different spots) 250mm dia RCC spun pipes incl cost of pipes complete incl dewatering if any.

Making bell mouth opening/ entrance of size 100x50x50 cm for drainage pipe under footpath, including providing cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for shape of bell mouth, including plastering providing and fixing precast R.C.C./ S.F.R.C. slab including plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of 6 mm thickness on exposed surface of the slab & bell mouth including centring, shuttering & neat cement punning inside the bell mouth etc. all complete.
