Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made Kerb Stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). NOTE: 1) Nothing extra shall be paid for fixing the kerb stone after cutting into size for filling the gaps between kerb stone/ wall/ obstruction/ discontinuity/ other blocks at the edges/ around the unpaved tree edges etc. 2) The contractor shall be responsible for implementing measures to mitigate rat infestation issues that may potentially damage the footpaths and tiles. This includes the application of pesticides, rat-killing medicines, chemicals & the incorporation of ground glasses with sand and soil beneath the tiles as deemed necessary to deter rodent activity. 3) Only paved portion of the footpath will be measured for payment process (i.e. excluding of unpaved portion around trees, green patches, soil patches meant for green areas).

Providing C.I. grating to holes in deck slabs size upto 15 cm dia for drainage of water including cost of materials & T&P required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 200mm bore mazza AC pipe class-III TP-15Kg/Cm2, WP (7.5Kg/Cm2), at site lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing in trenches at all level/depths, ISI marked following class AC (Mazza Process) pipes for sewer and drainage application as per IS 6908-1991 (amended upto date) with AC coupler joints sealed with rubber gaskets (EPDM/SBR) as per IS 5382 complete including cost of all materials, labour jointing water sectional hydro testing (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) etc and commissioning as per technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
