Provinding of services for washing moping and cleaning of floors dusting and other installed infrastructure, sweeping and cleaning of toilets, Peon for office assitance dak runners etc., Watch and ward of office during night time and overall unkeep including cost of labour and cleaning Material in O/O the MD SJPNL and AGM Sewerage SJPNL US Club shimla for a period of one year. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-chief.

100.1.1:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

Day to day cleaning of existing sanitary chambers, septic tanks, gully chambers, sewer line, drainage pipe soil waste pipe etc. of residential quarters and welfare building including opening of tank cover and removing of all waste soil / sludge from tank and disposing the same at appropriate dumping place within lead up to 50 mtr. besides closing tank cover properly etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (3 nos. manpower to be engaged per day). All safety measures to be provided by contractor.)

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 as in cover slabs ( for drainage) perforated with desire number of holes, complete all as specified and as directed.
