Geotechnical investigation (Safe Bearing Capacity of 15 t/m2 or as per the soil investigation report which ever is less), Designing (structurally, hydraulically & aesthetically), (Water retaining structure shall be designed by working stress method confirming IS 3370-2009) Constructing and commissioning Water Treatment Plant of 1.20 MLD Production capacity in 22 hour operation with aeration, chemical storage, chemical mixing arrangement, coagulation, sedimentation, rapid gravity filtration, Covered (RCC Roof) filter bed with side wall & glass windows & ventilation, sludge drying bed (atleast for 07 days drying time), back wash water storage tank, disinfection with chlorination (based on chlorine dosing rate of 5ppm), treated water storage for 45 minutes capacity and pump House, back wash water recovery plant, Sludge Sump, Water analysis laboratory, Annex Building, MCC panel room, control room, chlorine dosing tank, chlonator Room, Tonner room, Separate Administrative block (Min.107 Sq.m) , Staff Quarter (Min. 52 Sq.m.), basic PLC based data aquisition for data monitoring electrical parameters of drive motor & power supply, water quality measurement, online flow and pressure measurement, Security Cabin with toilet block (minmum 13 Sq.m), landscaping, lighting, compound wall (2.10 m height above FGL), drainage, Internal plant road & approach road CC as per MoRTH specifications of 3.75 m width & connected to exisiting main Road including cost of process design, cost of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. Construction, installation, commissioning, testing & trial run for 3 months etc. complete in all respect as per Standard specifications, satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of reference bench mark (1 No.), working bench mark (4 Nos.) and near all drainage structures and bridges (as per direction of Engineer-in- charge), reference pillar/ burgees @ 50m interval on both side of formation width including marking of centre line, setting out curves, recording of levels, white washing and lettering etc. complete each pillar to be painted with with a unique identification no and directional information as per MoRTH specifications cl. 109.

Preparation of all types of drawings required for obtaining all type of permissions for construction of 96 numbers quarters in two buildings, water connection, sewerage connection, storm water connection from Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation / local bodies and or any other agencies as required. The scope of item includes. 1) Architectural consultancy from approved architect of BMC. The fee of architects shall be borne by the contractor as it is deemed to be included in this item. 2) Preparation of all type of drawings in AutoCAD required for approval for construction of building from local authority i.e. Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) etc. 3) obtaining approval / construction permission along with all other permission required such as Fire brigade, water supply department, sewerage department etc. 4) Obtaining occupation certificate from BMC. 5) Preparation of completion drawings in AutoCAD software with one print out on 95-micron thick polyester film, one copy on RTF and soft copy on compact Disk Schedule of payment for this item will be as under:
