Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimumwall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mmfor Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape,colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel sectionmade of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVCextruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (whereever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head,comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plasticcaps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanicallyjointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap betweenframe and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof siliconsealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with / without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately.Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided by the manufacturer for : (i) Sites with basic wind speed > 45 m/sec as per IS 875 - Part 3 (ii) Sites with structure height more than 20m for all wind speeds 9.147.A1 Two track two panels sliding window with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Using R2 series with frame (40 mm & above)x (40 mm & above)& sash (25 mm & above)x (50 mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak)powder coated touch locks with hook (Height upto 1.2 metre).

Material and labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone wall of M-25 grade cement concrete in position (Size as specified) to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. all as specified and directed

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to makeit water tight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, back errods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi - metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing inan approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face ofthe curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

P/L and compacting stone agrregates of different sizes to form contour and elevation to the desired level as per the Drawing and instruction of Engineer Iincharge (size 40 mm /20 mm/10mm ) down black stone aggregate up to a depth of 300mm from below primary backing incl all carriage. Layers of stone to be rolled as per desired slope and compaction using 8-10 tonnes Road roller over open area & pitch roller over areas with drainage pipes.

S&F in repair stainless steel sink with drainage board 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of UPVC multi-chambered frame with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), appropriate dimension of UPVC extruded glazing beads and UPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profileof frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) Note: - For UPVC frame, sash and mullion extruede profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. 9.197.2 Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).
