Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windowscomprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profilesduly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process ofrequired length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriatedimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated)casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plasticcaps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusionwelded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixinghardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wallshall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality,all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes andsilicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be acceptedbut no extra payment on this account shall be made.For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth& width of profile shall be acceptable.uPVC profile should be tested by BSI(UK) & SKZ(Germany) @25000 weathering hoursCasement window single panel with S.S. friction hinges (400 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big seriesframe 67 x 60 mm & sash 67 x 80 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 0.75 sqm.)

Drainage spouts complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

DRAINAGE WORK

Supply and fixing in repairs Stainless steel sink with drainage board made of 1.00 mm thick sheet for kitchen with plugs washers & wastes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mmx460mm with bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm, with and including PVC waste pipe and CP waste coupling 32 mm and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including making joints with without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete including painting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin- charge).
