Expansion and Modification of the Existing Sewerage Treatment Plant of 200 KLD capacity at NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad (200KLD) Including Designing, Dismantling of Internal Electromechanical Setup, Retrofitting, wall tilling & Ventilation system of the STP. Civil Structure, Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) on MBBR Technology, The scope under the contract shall cover and include the following works but not limited to be executed by the Contractor on ‘Turnkey Basis’: - 1.Dismantling of electromechanical existing installation and making bypass arrangement of STP water while construction is in progress. 2.Retrofitting of existing civil structure, water proofing, tilling of internal tanks, making foundation of all pumps and motors as per approved design /drawings. 3.Design, supply, installation testing & commissioning of 200KLD (2X100) STP based on MBBR technology, including all the equipment required for the sewage treatment plant Complete in all aspects or as approved in design by engineer in charge/committee members. 4.Contractor will design STP with proper ventilation for the entire STP and suggest that if any modification is required in the civil structure for the ventilation, any work required for modification is in the scope of the contractor. 5.All electrical wiring cabling panels are in the scope of work. THSTI will provide source for the connection whatever cabling or switchgear required for the connection will be in the scope of contractor. 6. The design must fully comply with all applicable norms and guidelines set by local authorities, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The contractor must ensure that the plant is not only technically sound but also meets all statutory and regulatory environmental standards.
